In 1986, curious locals gathered together to watch as the Northern Pacific Railroad Depot was moved from its historic setting to its present-day location. What started out as mere interest in a one-time event has since developed into an annual extravaganza. Held each May, Wallace’s Depot Days features a full day of arts, crafts, and food vendors, kids’ activities, live entertainment, and a classic car show featuring nearly 300 historic beauties.
