Dickens Festival

Kellogg returns to the Victorian era in its annual Dickens Festival. Held during a December weekend prior to Christmas, the whimsical event features residents dressed in period costume, carolers throughout town, plays, skits, puppet shows, high Victorian tea parties, and a parade.
