Letha

Founded along the Union Pacific Railroad and the Enterprise Canal, Letha was named after Letha Wilton, the only daughter of railroad official, W.W. Wilton. Mr. Wilton helped sponsor the New Plymouth railroad extension to Emmett, and postal services were established here in 1912.
