Melba
Pop. 439

Melba bloomed along the Union Pacific Railroad in the heart of grain country. The town was officially settled in 1912 after the Boise Project made water available to potential inhabitants. The post office arrived that same year, and town founder, C.C. Todd, named the community after his daughter.
