The Cassia County Historical Society Museum features numerous artifacts and interesting exhibits including replicas of a pioneer cabin, general store, schoolhouse, barbershop, doctor’s office, photo studio, saloon, and a sheepherder’s wagon. In addition, the museum displays collections of fossils, saddles, guns, dolls, sewing machines, historic regional photos, and relics from the area’s sheep, mining, fur, and railroad industries. The museum is open 10 AM to 5 PM Tuesday through Saturday from April 1 to November 1 or by appointment.
