Housed inside a 7,000 square foot building, the Idaho Heritage Museum is home to one of the largest collections of Native American artifacts and mounted wildlife in the western US. Among the numerous exhibits are an antique gun collection, arrowheads, lance points, bone needles and awls, and a 15,000-year-old Bison skull. Visitors will also find displays of stuffed wolves, beavers, badgers, bobcats, bears, coyotes, deer, elk, mountain lions, ducks, pheasants, and moose. The museum is open from 10 AM to 4 PM daily from March to December.
