The Magic Valley’s early days are captured in the Twin Falls County Historical Society and Museum. Situated inside a restored pioneer schoolhouse, the museum offers both residents and tourists alike a glimpse into what life was like for the area’s first settlers. Displays include antique farm machinery, intricate lacework, household utensils, vintage clothing, old report cards, and other miscellaneous artifacts illustrating how life was lived during the late 1800s and early 1900s. The museum is open from 10 AM to 5 PM Tuesday through Saturday from May through September, and 10 AM to 5 PM Wednesday through Saturday from October through April. Admission is free, but donations are always accepted.
