Idaho's World Potato Expo

The famed Idaho spud enjoyed by millions of individuals every year receives a large dose of admiration and praise in Idaho’s World Potato Expo Museum. Designed to celebrate the potato and its many uses, the museum displays interesting anecdotes about potato history, growth, and harvesting, as well as the social, economic, educational, scientific, and artistic contributions of the Idaho potato. Among the numerous exhibits, visitors will locate a tribute to Mr. Potato Head, the world’s largest potato chip, and the world’s largest Styrofoam potato.
